The Anthropology Computer Center (ACC) provides computing resources for students and faculty in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Chicago. To this end there are two main focuses for ACC.

  • Spatial Analysis - We provide equipment, software and expertise to aid in collection and analysis on the research on the spatial dimensions of human social life.
  • Multimedia Development - We also provide equipment, software and expertise for the creation and editing of digital video, audio and interactive multimedia material for use in publishing of finds as well as a complement to traditional anthropological analytical methods.
